I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University's Center for Education Policy Research. My research examines how educational policies and programs shape students’ pathways, from K–12 schooling to college and workforce transitions. My work to date has focused on the intended and unintended impacts of career and technical education (CTE) and school choice policies on students and the public systems that serve them.

I am an affiliate of the Labor, Education, and Policy (LEAP) Lab and a recipient of the 2026 AERA–NSF Dissertation Grant and the 2026 Horowitz Foundation for Social Policy Dissertation Award.

I earned my Ph.D. in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment, with a concentration in Policy Evaluation, from Boston College. Before my doctoral studies, I worked as a public elementary school teacher in South Korea. I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Seoul National University of Education.
